Topics discussed include the decision of President Moon Jae-in not to allow the installation of the U.S.-made Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) missile system, belief of the South Korean foreign policy elite that the U.S. is an unreliable ally, and the economic threat posed by China to South Koreans. |
