This paper presents the results of the design and implementation of a methodology allowing us to monitor and predict the quality of cars during the warranty exploitation period. Because there are cars with unfinished warranty exploitation period, the defects number value on these cars is incomplete. Accordingly, defects do not have time to show on some cars.
