| Abstrakt: | In this article author focuses on rediscovered altarpiece by John Francis Rigaud. Topics include considered that it consists of Rigaud's writings, letters that often included instruction for the artistic training of his children, memoranda on his own paintings; and examines that the painting represented an important opportunity for Rigaud to create a religious painting, a subject significant to him both personally and professionally. |
