Research on Status Quo and Countermeasures of the Physical Training of Some Young Athletes Chronically Living at High Altitude in China.

Abstrakt: AIM: In order to provide the theoretical reference for improving the stamina and competitive performance of some Chinese young athletes living at high altitude for a long time. Through using the methods of test and statistics, this paper conducted a test and analysis on the physical ability of 251 young athletes of different events in Qinghai. The results are as follows: 1) There was no significant difference in the physical performance of the adolescent athletes who lived at high altitude for a long time; 2) The aerobic endurance of the young athletes living at high altitude for a long time had no significant change; 3) Among the young athletes who lived at high altitude for a long time, there was a certain advantage in their physical stamina in different sports; 4) The level of physical stamina of young athletes who lived at high altitude for a long time needs to be improved. Research conclusions: 1) the total physical condition of the tested young athletes living on high altitude for a long time is of normal level in different sports. 2) In addition to taekwondo, wrestling, the physical fitness training of adolescent athletes didn't show obvious characteristics and advantages of those in other sports. 3) The aerobic endurance of athletes who lived at altitude for a long time was not high in different sports, where it didnt show the advantage of aerobic endurance resulting from chronical living at high altitude, and altitude training had no obvious effect on it. 4) In this study, there are six nf them get into the top three of the seven events, reflecting the physical advantage of young athletes.
