Abstrakt: Glandular odontogenic cyst (GOC) is an uncommon cyst that is locally aggressive and has recurring potential. This report presents a case of GOC that was successfully treated using segmental resection and reconstruction with particulate cancellous bone and marrow (PCBM). We report the case of a 56‐year‐old woman with GOC. She underwent left mandibular segmental resection and secondary reconstruction with PCBM. At the 2‐year follow‐up, healing was satisfactory with no sign of recurrence, and an esthetically satisfactory outcome was achieved. Segmental resection and mandibular reconstruction have contributed to maintain patient's facial appearance with no sign of recurrence. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
