The Internet of Things is recognized as one of the most important emerging technology. It is is the connection of physical objects that collect and transfer data from one object to another. The Internet of Things is expected to change the day to day companies' operation and influence economic development. The purpose of this article is to investigate the differences in the IoT challenges assessment across companies in international and industry comparison. The two research questions are presented: to identify IoT crucial challenges across countries and sector differences and to assess the diversity of the IoT challenges between the distinguished country groups. The article presents the theoretical issues concerning the IoT challenges. Next, the research results are presented.
