| Abstrakt: | The article discusses that in Gwinnett County, more than 25 percent of the population is foreign-born and there are more than 130 languages spoken in Gwinnett. It mentions the Norcross Mayor Craig Newton, the first Black mayor in Gwinnett County, has seen and overseen a lot of development in his city over the years. It also mentions that in 2019, the city saw more than 500 construction permits issued, with an estimated construction value above 66 million dollar. |
