The article discusses a study that examines the predictive value of tenderness to palpation as measured by area and location following hamstring strain. Highlights include the use of linear regression to assess the association between mapping tenderness indices and return to sport, limited objective markers that can determine a prognosis following hamstring strain, and the reason for taking a photograph of the posterior thigh markings. |
