Abstrakt: B Introduction: b A recent meta-analysis reports 25% of recurrent breast cancers being associated with aberrant "sentinel" lymph nodes on lymphoscintigraphy-guided (repeat) nodal staging. Aberrant nodes (nodes outside the ipsilateral axilla) comprised almost 40% of all metastatic nodes. Three patients (13%) had both ipsilateral and aberrant nodes, five patients (22%) had internal mammary nodes only, four patients (17%) had contralateral axillary uptake and three patients (13%) demonstrated no nodal uptake.
