Abstrakt: Background: Fibroadenoma is the most common benign tumor; although malignant, changes are rare. Any changes or increase in size should be evaluated thoroughly to exclude any malignant formation. Case presentation: A 25-year-old female presenting to our department complaining of enlargement of the previously stable mass underwent imaging assessment and biopsy which revealed ductal carcinoma in situ changes developed in a fibroadenoma. Conclusion: Although malignant changes in a fibroadenoma are rare, biopsy of increasing size fibroadenoma is advised to avoid missing any malignant changes; the incidence is more in the complex fibroadenoma.
