Abstrakt: Eden Hill chef-owner Maximillian Petty has been bottling his own hot sauce since he opened Eden Hill Provisions last September. Of the three sauces in regular rotation on Eden Hill's shelves, Petty says the habanero and sea buckthorn hot sauce ($10) is the top seller. You never know what you're going to get from Addo chef Eric Rivera (which is a good thing), and his fermented hot sauces ($12), made in small batches of 70-100 bottles, are no exception.
