The article reports on the America Defense budget 2020 released on December 20, 2019. It notes that the defense budget is increasing compared to 2019. It adds that larger projects are expected to start in 2021 to be covered by internal redeployment. It states that the funds were presumably ejected in order to a shift to the Ministry of Homeland Security with only 1.375 billion budgeted border fortifications to prevent Mexico. |
