Abstrakt: B Background: b Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) accounts for most of the hepatic neoplasms and is the third leading cause of cancer related deaths in the world. HCC is mainly found in patients with chronic liver disease, being an aggressive neoplasm with poor prognosis and that historically presented as a stage IV disease at diagnosis. The fine needle aspiration cytology identified a neuroendocrine tumor with the following PET-Gallium scan only identifying said lesion. [Extracted from the article]
