When 16-year-old climate activist Greta Thunberg addressed the United Nations Climate Action Summit in New York in September, her powerful words made world leaders sit up and listen. The answers from our graduate and apprentice award entrants showed that the next generation of engineers has the intellectual foresight and technical skills to deliver the sustainable solutions the world desperately needs". Cameron Hughes has worked as a graduate geotechnical engineer at Arup, after graduating from the University of Bath with a first class degree in civil engineering in July 2018.
