Abstrakt:	The article offers information related to high deductible health plans (HDHPs) that make insurance coverage illusory and also patients pay a monthly premium and then thousands of dollars in deductibles before the insurer pays dollar one. It mentions the recommendations for changing the payment process so physicians and other clinicians receive timely payment for their services.
