The paper is devoted to the development of an ontology-based intelligent agent (OBIA) for semantic parsing the natural language specifications of software requirements (SRS), which performs the parsing of the specification, determines the number and percentage of missing attributes. This allows to determine the non-functional characteristics-components of the software quality, reflect which attributes are missing for one or another subcharacteristics of the non-functional characteristic, and form a real ontology for the nonfunctional characteristics.
