It compares Seattle's up-zoning with that of Minneapolis, Minnesota and discusses up-zoning impacts in places like New York and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It discusses the impacts of single-family zoning, redlining, and covenant restrictions on poor families and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey's views on zoning restrictions and racial equity. |
