Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of 54-year-old male who is living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) since he was 39 years. It identified serious drug–drug interaction between fluticasone and darunavir/cobicistat. It require an interdisciplinary approach for holistic care, including an experienced HIV pharmacist review to help identify and manage MRPs.
