Abstrakt: Due to the interweaving of natural disasters, man-made malicious manufacturing and unexpected accidents, the living environment of emergency medical service staffs will become more complex, changeable and even dangerous in the future. To ensure the successful completion of the tasks and achieve the basic goal of rescuing the lives of the wounded and sick, scientific, efficient and reliable medical protection measures should be taken to properly deal with the impact of adverse living environment on emergency medical service operations. Emergency medical protective equipment is the material carrier of self-protection of medical staff in emergency medical rescue activities, and plays an extremely important role. However, for users, how to choose appropriate or differentiate the quality differences of emergency medical protective equipment with various types and models in the market? For the production enterprises, how to improve and perfect the emergency medical protective equipment in the future Both need to use scientific methods to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its effectiveness. The present paper establishes a model for an effectiveness evaluation index system as well as an effectiveness evaluation and optimization model. It explains how this method can be applied with emphasis on the analysis of its advantages by citing the performance evaluation and optimization of protective suit as an example. As the results show, this method can not only select the "best" emergency medical service equipment through evaluation and ranking at a macro level, but also bring forward a new and better emergency medical service equipment based on optimization and combination of all the advantages of every equipment microcosmically. Therefore, as an organic unity of "optimization" and "improvement" of the performance of emergency medical service equipment, this method can provide decision reference for equipment users and developers at the same time.
