| Abstrakt: |
The article reviews management of mild to moderate asthma in adults in Great Britain, where the prevalence of asthma is one of the highest in the world. The article presents pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments for asthma which include, avoiding underuse of inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) and overreliance on short acting beta agonists; importance of weight loss for obese asthma patients and education on self-management. |
