This study was conducted on twenty five stud bulls (five individuals from five different genetic groups), in two seasons (viz., winter and summer), to assess the effect of genetic group, season, genetic group x season interaction, temperature, humidity and temperature humidity index (THI) on their daily feed intake at Frozen Semen Bull Station, Haringhata, Nadia, (West Bengal), India. The result reveals that only the effect of genetic groups was found to be significant (P< 0.05). Rest of the effects were non significant statistically. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
