| Abstrakt: |
The paper presents an investigation into the morality of the employees of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia and their behavior in crisis situations. The investigation was conducted on a sample of 150 employees. Morality was operationally defined by the Moral Foundations Questionnaire (MFQ). Crisis management was operationally defined by TASS:O Questionnaire. The obtained results show that the moral dimensions of fairness and sanctity positively affect the behavior of the employees in crisis situations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
