Abstrakt: Based on the basic problems which have been criticized in the Chinese basketball industry, the fundamentals of basketball are combed through questionnaires, expert interviews and documents. It finds that the current concept of basketball fundamentals has confusion in understanding because of the empirical nature of the old concepts, the influence of the early mechanical worldview and the lack of scientific and rational research, which has led the industry to the reality of "familiar with non-genuine knowledge." Focusing on the deficiencies in the current research on basketball fundamentals, it uses the scientific view of the holistic theory of complex systems as the ideological weapon to theoretically explain the self representation mechanism, emerging phenomena and time characteristics of basketball fundamentals, and proposes new insights and training implications for basketball fundamentals. It argues that basketball fundamentals are the extraordinary comprehensive applications and adaptability that basic techniques have been formed through long-term training. They are the result of constant interaction and high integration of hard effort and soft effort. The self-representation system of basket ball fundamentals contains the principles of conscious practice, self-improvement, perseverance Refinement and stoppage, whereas the openness of the system determines that basketball fundamentals are a process of continuous interaction and continuous construction and creation.
