Abstrakt: |
• A qualitative study was conducted to examine teacher stress by investigating special educations teachers' unique responses to stressors. • Special education teachers experienced several sources of stress and utilized protective factors in responding to those stressors. • Teachers indicated that lack of administrative support could be a source of stress while administrative support can be a protective factor against stress.
