This article aims to test the hypothesis and study the essence of the process of increasing labor productivity in the agricultural sector from the standpoint of a modern man. Regression and correlation analysis are the main scientific methods of this research. These methods are used by the authors to determine the dependence (regression) and relationship (correlation) of the generalized indicators of labor productivity, unemployment and job satisfaction in the agricultural sector of Russia. To do this, they use the materials of the official statistical reporting provided by the Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation and the European Social Survey for 2005-2016. As a result of the study, the authors scientifically justified that the increase in labor productivity in the agrarian sector can be accompanied not only by the above-mentioned positive economic effects with regards to the nation-wide scale, but also by negative social effects as referred to an individual, a worker of an enterprise in the agricultural sector. However, with well thought out and highly effective state regulation and social control, it is possible not only to maximize social effects that arise as a result of increasing labor productivity in the agricultural sector, but also to solve social problems of this sector due to the growth of labor productivity, and these effects are not necessarily closely associated with it. The authors presented a mechanism for launching positive social changes through increasing labor productivity in the agricultural sector, using the example of modern Russia. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
