| Abstrakt: | The author argues on the issue on the reliability of the electronic medical record (EMR). He states that they cannot not rely on algorithms generated by oftentimes faulty data to generate a clinical finding to determine what care is provided by a physician as EMR still cannot visually or acutely determine how compassionate that physician was when she told her patient that he had testicular cancer and how she helped him initially cope with the news and start looking at treatment options. |
