The research is focused on 'Research in Action' for proving the nature-by-nature process as initiated by King Bhumibol Adulyadej in parallel with municipal organic garbage composting. The experiment was applied the randomized block design 5 treatments and 3 replications on the ratios between organic waste : electron-acceptor soil equivalent to 5:0, 5:1, 5:3, 5:4, and 0:5 by using 15 concrete boxes (3 x 2 x 1.5 m) with leachate-draining holes that constructed on 1:1,000-slope concrete base in the open air without any shadow. The 5-cm depth of coarse sand was paved at the bottom before taking only 1/3-ton organic wastes alternating with spreading electron-acceptor soil (mostly paddy clayed soil) of the given ratios on each layer surface (except 15-cm thickness on the top) into those 15-concrete boxes. Then after, about 60-liter water was sprayed every 7 days in order to activate the thermophilic bacteria functions except rain falling during this period, until the composting maturity reached. The results found that The King's Royally initiative nature-by-nature process can be applicable for municipal organic garbage composting within 30 days of bacterial digestion process together with the N:P:K ratios of 20:1:1, and also showing 5:2 ratio between organic waste to electron acceptor soil more effective than the others, Furthermore, rainwater can be effect only during its falling and a few hour of lag time.
