The article presents a case study of 71-year-old female with incidental aortic pseudoaneurysm (PSA) which undergone aortic root pseudoaneurysm repair using Evolut-R CoreValve. Topics mentioned include high risk for third surgical procedure, the carfeul discussion of the Heart Team in conducting the PSA repair, and the use of transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) which is minimally invasive in treating PSA. |
