A one year old male Doberman pinscher was presented to Teaching Veterinary Clinical Complex, Namakkal with the history of snake bite. Clinical examination revealed swelling in the mandible andbleeding fang marks in the lower lip. Animal was treated with anti-snake venom, tetanus toxoid, antibiotics and fluids. The animalrecovered after two days of continuous treatment. After three days, the animal was again reported to be bitten by a cobra. Animal was presented in comatose condition and fang marks were noticed in the lower jaw. The animal was administered with anti-snake venom and supportive therapy was continued for five days.
