Abstrakt: A study was conducted on eight adult apparently healthy female indigenous sheep during hot and cold dry season. Temperature-Humidity Index (THI) was calculated during experimental periods. Blood collection was done at weakly interval during both the seasons. Hematological, biochemical and hormonal parameters were estimated. Results showed a significant effect of season on blood parameters on indigenous sheep. Significant increased level of TEC, Hb, PCV, Uric acid, Cr, BUN, ALT, AST, Na, K and cortisol while significant decreased level of glucose, cholesterol, Ca, IP, T3, T4 were observed during hot dry season.
