Abstrakt:	The article reports on the need for experts on leadership and management to help physicians, particularly young physicians, develop the skills necessary to excel at practice and organizational management. The Connecticut State Medical Society (CSMS) launched a program that provides young physicians with tools to develop basic management skills and to build a foundation for future leadership development and growth.
