Expressions for calculating the eigen frequencies ƒ, the partial (Q1, Q2, Q3) and the eigen (Q0) Q-factors of symmetrical H0np oscillations of the resonator based on a below-cutoff waveguide with a double-layer coaxial dielectric element are obtained. The computations of/and Q are conducted for the H011-oscillaiion in the centimeter and millimeter wavelength ranges. The influence of physical and geometrical parameters of the structure on the resonance frequency and the inherent Q-factor of the waveguide dielectric resonator is demonstrated.
