The breed of corporate executive and the composition of executive teams are important factors facing transnational corporations today. While understanding dominant executive traits can be helpful in leading corporations, the authors find the ability to summon the other traits (either internally or via other members of the executive team) in specific circumstances, termed multidexterity, can beinvaluable.
