This article presents results of the study of elaborated nonwoven materials for wound dressings on the basis of silk and cotton fibers treated at eco-safe processing with water solutions of silver nitrate. The study of structure and surface changes in the obtained nanomodified nonwovens has been carried out with the use of methods of energy dispersive spectroscopic chemical analysis, TG-DSC spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy.
