Abstrakt: The study conducted on meat samples fed to captive wild carnivores. Samples were collected in sterile containers from different zoos. The samples were used for isolation and identification of different bacteria. A total number of 56 bacterial isolates were obtained in the study. The paper describe the diversity of bacterial isolates from meat fed to captive carnivores along with challenges for prevention of diseases and maintain of healthy population of wild carnivores in captivity.
