The article offers an overview of Ford Frick's personal history as both a writer and a baseball commissioner, his novel, "Big Leaguer," a fictional autobiography of a major league baseball player and as well as baseball literatures. Topics include his work which include being a baseball commissioner and sports journalist, his vocation in poetry and fiction writing and his efforts to produce baseball fictions which led to the creation of "Big Leaguer" project. |
