Abstrakt: How you eat and what you do when you're young may affect how you see when you're older. No one wants to lose his or her sight. Researchers constantly do studies to determine what role nutrition and environmental factors play in the development of age-related macular degeneration, currently the leading cause of blindness for those over 55. Wear ultra violet absorbing lenses and a hat that shades the eyes when in the sun as prolonged exposure to the sun may damage the macula. Poor eyes limit your sight; poor vision limits your deeds.
