Abstrakt: Parents of autistic Tucker Bear met the school psychologist. The school psychologist told Bear's parents that the basic idea is to observe the child's undesirable behaviors and actions before and after the behavior in order to try to understand why the child is doing that particular action. The school psychologist also told Bear's parents that success in school settings can be can be handled with the parent's cooperation. The idea is to change the environment to help the child, not change the child to fit the environment.
