Abstrakt: The article presents information on how school leaders or principal gain self-awareness which will identify the point where to start identifying when to lead and learn. Topics discussed include school leaders must understand their personality through self-awareness, effective leaders are not pretentious to know everything, and being authentic is a unique leadership approach.
