Abstrakt: We report on rise of electromotive force (emf) across n-Si samples with porous layers under the pulsed action of 10 GHz microwave radiation. The samples having Ag contacts demonstrated emf typical for a Schottky barrier-like containing structure. Free carrier heating phenomenon is shown to be responsible for the signal formation. We demonstrate influence of the porosity of the investigated structures on the signal shape and on its magnitude. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
