Abstrakt: Organizations need to adopt practices in order to provide training of their employees and thus keep themselves competitive. However, not always corporations provide physical environment training programs to their employees. Collaborative and autonomous virtual environments that promote learning material sharing have been an option for professionals to keep up to date. Nevertheless, learning material sharing is not enough by itself. This needs to be of easy and accurate access. Thus, it is necessary to use mechanisms that aid knowledge structure, facilitating the future retrieval of these learning materials. Ontologies may be used to structure knowledge and enable automatic processing by computers. In such context, this research had the goal of analyzing whether an ontology integrated in an organizational learning environment may support the automatic learning material classification in the Software Engineering area.
