| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the research on evaluating the influence of college students’ foreign study on vocational identity and career decision-making capabilities using Cognitive Information Processing (CIP) theory. According to the research, the experience of foreign study enhances the self and career development of the students. It is also mentioned that the foreign study experience is necessary for the students to be valued by the employer and the employing firms. |
