Abstrakt: The article presents several case studies related to clinical conditions caused by high plasma renin levels. Topics include use ramipril for treating blood pressure of one patient; analysis of echocardiogram and Mineralocorticoid receptors (MR) angiogram; prescription of drugs like doxazosi and indapamide for a patient with high renin concentration; and increase in plasma renin activity and plasma aldosterone after use of the drug ramipril and amlodipine.
