The article looks at a study from Federal Judicial Center (FJC) which founds that prisoners who cooperated with the government as a witness or as part of a plea agreement or sentence reduction they are sometimes harmed through physical harm to themselves or threats and harm to families. It mentions that the person occurs both in pretrial detention and post-conviction incarceration got harmed have adversely affected criminal cases. |
