| Abstrakt: | The article informs that an international court formed by the help of New Zealand in Rwanda 21 years ago has delivered its final verdict on Rwandan war criminals. Topics discussed include wholesale slaughter of Rwanda's Tutsi population by the ethnic majority Hutu in early April 1994, formation of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) by the United Nations on November 8, 1994, and leadership role played by New Zealand in establishing ICTR and thereafter. |
