Abstrakt: | The article examines the cartoons of American socialism produced by Arthur Henry Young, arguably the most widely recognized and beloved cartoonist on the history of American radicalism. Topics discussed include Art producing cartoons for sixty years in the early 21st century, drawing thousands of simple black-line drawings with biting captions. Also mentioned are Young's cartoons being surprising relevant to the current era of inequality, ecological crisis, police violence and war. |
