If people were asked to describe entrepreneurs, many would say they are creative, resourceful problem solvers. While these adjectives adequately describe an entrepreneur, research is limited regarding broadly applicable problem solving capabilities and its impact on creativity in the work environment. More specifically, the purpose of this study is focused on matching an operational definition of little-c creativity as everyday problem solving with an established problem solving measure. The researchers then test the effect of the multi-dimensional Problem- Solving Inventory (PSI) on the KEYS Work Environment Assessment, an outcome measure of creativity at work.
