The article focuses on a research study which was conducted to analyse the use of dental resins in dentistry. It states that Composite resins have replaced amalgam as the posterior restorative of choice amongst the dental patients. It reports depth of cure (DOC) as an important parameter regarding the clinical success of light polymerized composite resins, and discusses the impact of spectral wavelength of light on DOC. |
