The article presents a report "Maze of Mistrust," by a research institution Kettering Foundation and research group FDR Group regarding dysfunctional relationships operating in school districts from public engagement. It highlights that interviews with school and community leaders are conducted to report issues of fragmentation, turf wars and political infighting. |
