Abstrakt: The article discusses the various braiding techniques used in the Middle Bronze and early Iron Age, particularly the methods used in producing the two fragments of fabrics found at a salt mine in Hallstatt, Austria, to examine the development of textile technology in 1500-400 Before Christ (BC).
